TealForce Design is the technical design division of Dorelle and Co., headed up by Jeremy.   

With over 18 years of dedicated service in the lumber and construction industry, Jeremy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every project. Throughout his career, he has honed his skills in various capacities, including Technical Design Team Manager, Senior Structural Component Designer and Estimator, Product Specialist, and Production Manager for Lumber and Engineered Wood Products (EWP). His deep understanding of project estimation, structural design, and building materials allows him to deliver precision and quality in every job he undertakes.

Jeremy’s journey in the industry began long before his senior roles. As a business owner in the carpentry field, he spent several years working hands-on, building his foundation in construction and blueprint reading. His academic achievements, including a Carpentry Apprenticeship and General Carpentry Diploma from Georgian College—where he earned a place on the Dean’s List—cemented his knowledge and commitment to his craft.

 A passion for the community has always been central to Jeremy’s professional and personal life. He has volunteered as an Assistant Baseball Coach for local teams in Creemore and New Lowell, instilling teamwork and dedication in young athletes.
